Animal transportation system is cruel in India.

Animals are shifting one place to another in a very cruel manner here in India, vehicles we found unfit for animal transportation not as per the specifications of the Indian standard where as the numbers of the animals loaded in the vehicles are against the set procedure as per the animal transportation rule, 1978 amended in 2001 under section 38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. In case animals travels on foot, no doubt there are rules made out by the Central Govt. in 2001 but the offences under this section is a non cognizable & Police can not arrest the accused with out any court arrest warren ts, the punishments are also very nominal low. Animal travels under very heavy stress, pain, injury & sufferings.
It should be changed if we are serious about it.
